With his distinct eye for service, Matt ensures Coterie Cathedral Hill thrives by fostering the best life for residents. As the primary leader of the community, he oversees all aspects of operations, including resident and team satisfaction, HR, building maintenance, and sales.
An influential and strategic business leader, Armando serves as an ambassador of the community by connecting closely with residents and families, while overseeing and supporting the hospitality and resident experience teams as well as the housekeeping and technology departments.
The prominent head of the Coterie culinary team, Jaime works to create first-class dining experiences and provide the highest level of service to residents. He oversees all aspects of dining at Coterie, including hiring and developing staff, overseeing kitchen operations, and planning and executing menus, events, and theme meals.
As Care Coordination Director, Shirley is solely focused on the care needs of residents. Shirley meets with every resident to craft an individual care and wellness plan, and liaises with family members, pharmacies, physicians, and Coterie staff members to ensure all care needs are being met holistically.
